The troubles of Seema Haider, who fled from Pakistan and came to India with her four children, may increase. Pakistan's child rights body has demanded that Seema Haider's children be called back to Pakistan.

News agency ANI has given this information quoting Pakistani website ARY News. NCRC, an organization associated with children's rights in Pakistan, has written a letter to the Ministry of External Affairs. An appeal has been made in it to ensure the safe return of Seema Haider's four children.

Seema came to India via Nepal on May 10, 2023. The police arrested her on July 4 for coming to India illegally.

Meanwhile, Ghulam Haider's Indian lawyer Momin Malik has been camping in Nepal for the last few days. Here he is collecting all the facts in the Seema case. Meanwhile, he has lodged a complaint against Seema Haider with the Nepal Police Station, Nepal Ministry and Nepal's Anti Human Trafficking Bureau.

In the complaint, the lawyer alleged that Seema Haider had violated Nepal's law by kidnapping her children and illegally crossing the Nepal border and reaching India. She had also converted the children by detaining them illegally. The police have started further investigation on the complaint.

Advocate Momin Malik has lodged a complaint with Nepal Police Station, Nepal Anti Human Trafficking Bureau, Nepal Home Ministry, Nepal Foreign Ministry, Indian High Commission Nepal, Pakistan High Commission Nepal, Nepal High Commission India, Pakistan High Commission Delhi and Indian Home Ministry.

Nepal Police can now take this further action. Advocate Momin Malik said that on the basis of the complaint, Nepal Police can soon contact the Indian government and Indian police. After making contact, apart from arresting Sachin Meena, the children will be recovered and taken to Nepal.
The hotel owner also lodged a complaint
Apart from this complaint, the owner of that hotel has also lodged a complaint with Nepal Police against Sachin Meena and Seema Haider. In which it is said that Sachin and Seema stayed there by lying. They had also given wrong name and address. Nepal Police will take separate action on this complaint.
